Asparagus-is a very good source of dietary Fiber. It is also an excellent source of Vitamin K, Folate, Copper, Selenium, Vitamin B-1, Vitamin B-2, Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Manganese, Phosphorus, Vitamin B-3, Potassium, Vitamin A, Zinc, Iron, Protein, Vitamin B-6.
Collards-an excellent source of Vitamin-A and dietary fiber, contains Vitamin-C, Vitamin-K, Manganese, and Calcium, Vitamin-E, Copper, Protein, Magnesium, Phosphorus, Folate, Omega-3 fatty acids, Niacin, Vitamin B-1 and Potassium.
Kale-contains Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin K, Vitamin B-6, Calcium, Potassium, Copper and Manganese.
Peppers-are a good source of Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin K, Vitamin B-6, Thiamin, Niacin, Folate, Magnesium and Copper, and a very good source of Dietary Fiber, Potassium and Manganese.
